Price a job, send a proposal, the client says yes online
Price the job stage by stage with your own charge-out rates. Turn it into a proposal and send the client a link. They read it on their phone and accept, and the price locks in.
Timesheets from a photo, and a clean file for payroll
Snap a paper timesheet or forward it in. The hours land against the right person and job. Approve the week and hand payroll a clean file.
Costs against what you quoted
Every supplier and subbie invoice sits against the line it was priced on, so you see a stage running over while there's still time to do something about it.
Progress claims and variations
A proper payment claim and tax invoice, sent as a PDF and a link. Variations priced and signed off before the work gets done.
Site diary and the job timeline
A running diary for every job. A timeline showing the programme you agreed next to where the job is actually tracking, with delays recorded as they happen.
It reads supplier quotes and invoices
Drop in a PDF and it reads every line and total. It works out which stage each line belongs to, in builder's words, and learns from every correction you make.
Quotes go straight into your price
The lines from a subbie or supplier quote drop into your pricing schedule. When the invoice arrives it's checked against what was quoted. Before a proposal goes out, it warns you if a quote hasn't been accounted for.
One Inbox for everything that arrives
Uploads and emails are read and sorted for you. A PDF with seven invoices in it becomes seven invoices. Each job gets a code the merchant counter can quote back to you.
Subbie licences and insurance, with reminders
Insurance certificates and LBP licences are filed against the subbie, with the expiry date. When cover is about to run out, you're reminded, and one click asks them for the new certificate.
Ask it anything
Type a question about any job, like what did we price the framing at, or who hasn't sent a timesheet, and get a straight answer from your own numbers. Your chats are saved.
Your company's own email address
Forward or CC emails to it and they're filed on the right job, attachments and all. Every job keeps a history of what happened, and the reading and reminders carry on when nobody has the app open.
Your whole team, each seeing their own bit
Invite your office manager, foremen and crew. Each person sees what their job needs. Your foreman sees his crew's hours, and your margins stay yours.
Variations your client approves on their phone
Attach photos and the subbie's quote, send it, and the client approves or declines on their phone. If they decline, you get their reason straight away.
Proposals that look the part
Three designs to choose from, with your logo, your team, past projects and what clients say about you. Your own words throughout, and the price broken down the way you want the client to see it.
Charge-up jobs
Set a rate card for the job and claims are built from the hours your crew approved and the costs that came in, so you're never charging ahead of the work.
PC sums and provisional sums, done properly
When the real invoices come in, firm up the allowance. The difference goes on the next claim with a plain explanation your client can follow.
Fix a timesheet before you approve it
The office can correct a crew member's day, and the crew member sees what changed and why. Once a day has been billed to a client, it locks.
